I sold in individual tracts, the seller will pay for a new survey of those individual tracts. All sellers mineral rights shall transfer to the new owners with the exception of tract 2.
A $2,500.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required per tract with the balance due upon delivery of deed on or before June 22nd 2011. Possession shall be immediate upon closing and taxes will be prorated to the date of closing.
